Ingredients

All our cakes are made to order and we use eggs from free range hens and organic and/or Fairtrade ingredients wherever possible. Yummycards are dispatched with an ingredient list for the recipient.

Cake Ingredients:

Organic butter, free-range eggs, Fairtrade sugar, organic self-raising flour, vanilla extract.

Christmas Yummycard Cake Ingredients:

Organic butter, free-range eggs, soft brown sugar, organic flour, currants, sultanas, raisins, glace cherries, citrus peel, almonds, black treacle, lemon zest, mixed spice, nutmeg, brandy

Fondant and Royal Icing Ingredients:

Sugar, glucose syrup, vegetable oil, glycerol, xanthhan gum, carboxy methyl cellulose, potassium sorbate, mono and di-glycerides of fatty acids, vanilla, egg white. Icing contains one or more of the following colours: E122, E133, E129, E155.

Special Diet/Allergy information:

All Yummycards are suitable for vegetarians. Cakes contain wheat gluten, eggs and dairy products. Sponge Yummycards are nut-free but baked in a kitchen which sometimes uses nuts.
