Delivery

All Yummycards are sent by Royal Mail first-class post. They are designed to fit through a standard letterbox. (Boxes are approximately 9cm square x 2.5cm high which fits into a biodegradable postal bag).



We post our cakes 2 working days before the chosen delivery date to arrive the day of the occasion or the day before (although this cannot be guaranteed). The package is marked on the outside to say: 'Open on:(occasion date)'. If the occasion date is a Sunday, the cakes will be posted to arrive on the preceding Friday or Saturday. (They stay fresh because of their high butter content and sealed cellophane wrapper.)


Should a Yummycard be delivered late or not arrive at all, please email us on or call us on: 01892 540994 and we will do our best to put things right. (This is at our discretion and we cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery by Royal Mail which are outside our control).
